I pressed the tank together with these blocks and welded the baffle in place.


Ta da! This required a lot of bending and fitting. There were still a few gaps, but I welded them up.



Here is the baffle installed. and the bottom bungs. The back is also on as well




Here it is all tacked together. It is turning out quite nice.





Here is the tan after four hours of welding. This was really involved. I should have it done today.
